Re-Energising Life Workshop 10/10/2020

As Autumn is a time of transition, Wild about Wellbeing & Find Your Flow Yoga would like to offer a one day, re-energising life: moving from surviving to thriving workshop.

Workshop Date: 10th October 2020 Southend on Sea. (Information given on booking. All social distancing and sanitising requirements in place.)

Start of Day. ( Please arrive by 9:45 am for prompt 10 am start)

10am – 10:30. 30 min: Sun Salutation Yoga Session (BYO yoga mat)
Increasing vital energy – helping remove energy blockages in readiness to start the workshop day.

10:50 – 11:30: Mindful Beach Walk. (Car needed)

Mindful walking is an active practice that requires you to be totally present and in tune with your environment, whilst consciously working with the breath and mind to relax and re-connect with your inner self. I will verbally guide you through the process.
*Please make sure you can comfortably walk along the beach.

11:50 – 12:50 Re-Energise Life: First Steps

An interactive, educational session, explaining what it is and what it means to develop wellbeing in our daily lives. Includes personal stories, combined with professional knowledge & how understanding the neuroscience of change, helps us move from surviving to thriving.

13:00 – 13:45 LUNCH INCLUDED:

Pad Cha… a sizzling, thai stir fry, full of fresh veg, thai herbs and sauces. (Spicy or non spicy. The choice is yours!)  each freshly cooked portion will be served with a side of rice . Choose from: Chicken/Prawns/Beef/Veg (plant based and vegan suitable)

14:00 – 15:00 Mindfulness & Ways to Wellbeing

Experiencing Mindfulness in a Group Shared Experience. Find out more about who you are and what you would like to change through the power of a facilitated, unfolding shared group experience. Grounding and breathing techniques incorporated.

15:15 – 15:45. Guided Meditation for Creativity

16:00 – 17:00 Beginning to Thrive

A practical, fun and interactive step which leads the process for each person to build their own personal blue print, which enables you to take the first steps in creating a life you’d like to lead, one which develops holistic wellbeing and moves you from surviving to thriving.


30 min: Moon Salutation Yoga Session to end the day.

A restorative sequence to calm, cool and soothe the body after a creative day.

End of day

5 Places per workshop.

£145 pp – Deposit £50 pp. Non-refundable (Unless covid related)
