An interactive, educational session, explaining what it is and what it means to develop wellbeing in our daily lives. Includes personal stories, combined with professional knowledge & how understanding the neuroscience of change, helps us move from surviving to thriving.

Mindfulness & Ways to Wellbeing
Experiencing Mindfulness in a Group Shared Experience. Find out more about who you are and what you would like to change through the power of a facilitated, unfolding shared group experience. Grounding and breathing techniques incorporated.

A practical, fun and interactive step which leads the process for each person to build their own personal blue print, which enables them to take the first steps in creating a life they would like to lead, one which develops holistic wellbeing and moves them from surviving to thriving.

30 min: Moon Salutation Yoga Session.
A restorative sequence to calm, cool and soothe the body after a creative day.
