- Why Wellbeing is important. What Positive Psychology & Neuroscience has to do with it & understanding our negative bias.

Guided Meditation for Centered Happiness & Present Moment Awareness
13:45 – 14:30 Lunch (Each Participant is asked to bring something delicious to share with the group, which represents you as a person.)

Experiencing Mindfulness in a Group Shared Experience
Find out more about who you are and what you would like to change through the power of a facilitated, unfolding shared group experience. Grounding and breathing techniques incorporated.

Relax, Restore, Rejuvenate. A 30 Minute Yoga Class to Help You Unwind after a busy day.
**At the end of the day, each participant will be given access to a closed FB group. To stay connected, ask me questions so I can offer guidance. Share your progress, support each other, whilst making the changes needed to activate & maintain happiness in your daily life.
