I utilise my practical experience as a Counsellor combined with professional knowledge relating to creating change, exercise for mental health, mindfulness for stress, wellness coaching, blue mind science, positive psychology and well-honed humanistic theory, values & skills to help Clients create change by crafting, creating and working on their bespoke lifestyle design.
