Mindfulness & Ways to Wellbeing
Find out more about who you are and what you would like to change through the power of a facilitated, unfolding shared group experience. Taking a few moments for mindfulness at the start.

A practical, fun and interactive step which leads the process for each person to build their own personal blue print, which enables them to take the first steps in creating the life they would like to lead, one which develops holistic wellbeing and moves them from surviving to thriving.
30 min: Moon Salutation Yoga Session.
A restorative sequence to calm, cool and soothe the body after a creative day.
