One of the best things about Thailand is trying out the local and national dishes.

Living on Koh Chang for four months, enabled me to enjoy the varied and mainly delicious recipes, native to the country and from around the world. Pad Thai was served with large flat ribbon noodles.

Chicken with Thai spicy herbs and boiled rice was definitely my favourite.
I prefer my own, home made version of Tom Kha Gai
